harb® 30-Day Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of harb® and want you to experience its benefits with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your initial order, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your delivery. We accept returns on your first order even if the product has been opened and used.

Initiating a Return

  • Our support team will review and respond to your initial return request within 7 days.

  • Once your return is approved, please allow up to 15 days for our team to process your details and provide you with the specific return shipping address and instructions.

  • Items sent back to us without prior approval and official instructions will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping Costs

  • All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refund Processing Timelines

  • Refunds are authorized strictly after the returned item has been successfully delivered back to our fulfillment center.

  • Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned package, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the funds to your account.

Damages and Issues We maintain strict quality controls, but please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. In these specific cases, we will cover the return shipping costs and ensure a replacement is sent promptly.
