harb® Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This Subscription & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how the harb® subscription program works — including how and when you are billed, how to manage or cancel your subscription, and how our money-back guarantee works. It applies to all purchases of harb® Sleep Strips made through tryharb.com (the "Site"), operated by RYXE VENTURES LLC ("harb®," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read this Policy carefully. By placing an order on the Site, you enroll in the harb® subscription program and agree to the terms below, including your authorization for recurring charges.


1. How the harb® subscription works

harb® Sleep Strips are sold exclusively as a recurring monthly subscription. There is no one-time purchase option. Your subscription includes:

  • One tin of harb® Sleep Strips (30 oral strips — a 30-day supply), shipped to you approximately every 30 days.
  • Automatic billing to the payment method you provide at the start of each 30-day cycle.
  • The freedom to skip, pause, reschedule, or cancel at any time, subject to the cutoff in Section 4.

When you place your first order, you are enrolling in an ongoing subscription that continues until you cancel it.


2. Billing terms

Price. Your subscription is billed at $39.95 per shipment, plus any applicable sales tax. Standard shipping within the United States is free. The price in effect at the time of each renewal will apply.

First charge. Your payment method is charged $39.95 at the time you place your order, and your first tin ships shortly afterward.

Recurring charges. After your first order, your payment method is automatically charged $39.95 every 30 days on your renewal date, and a new tin ships for each cycle. This continues automatically until you cancel.

Your authorization. By enrolling, you authorize harb® and our payment processor to automatically charge your payment method $39.95 every 30 days on a recurring basis — without requiring separate authorization for each individual charge — until you cancel. You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate.

How charges appear. Charges from harb® appear on your card or bank statement as "HARB" (or "HARB SLEEP STRIPS"). If you see this descriptor, the charge is your harb® subscription renewal.

Price changes. We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time. If we do, we will notify you by email in advance of the change taking effect, giving you the opportunity to cancel before the new price applies. If you do not cancel, the new price applies to your next renewal.


3. Renewal reminders

We want every charge to be expected — never a surprise. Before each renewal, we send you a reminder by email (typically 3–5 days before your card is charged) that tells you:

  • that your next tin is about to ship,
  • the amount you'll be charged ($39.95 + any tax), and
  • the date of the upcoming charge.

Every reminder includes a direct link to manage, skip, or cancel your subscription. Please keep your email address on file current and check your inbox (including spam/promotions folders) so you never miss a reminder.


4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no fees and no penalties. You may cancel in either of these ways:

  • Online (fastest): Log in to your account at tryharb.com, open your subscription, and select "Cancel." Cancellation is self-service and takes effect right away.
  • By email: Contact our support team at [care@tryharb.com] and ask us to cancel. Please email from the address associated with your order so we can locate it quickly.

Cancellation cutoff. To make sure you are not charged for your next cycle, please cancel at least 48 hours before your next renewal date. Because orders are prepared and billed automatically, a cancellation received after a renewal has already processed will take effect for the following cycle — and the order that has already been placed will still ship and is not refundable except as described in Section 6.

Confirmation. When your cancellation is processed, we email you a confirmation. If you do not receive one, please contact us so we can verify your subscription is canceled. Canceling stops all future charges; it does not retroactively refund shipments that have already been billed or sent.


5. Pause, skip, reschedule, or change your subscription

You're never locked in. From your account (or by emailing us), you can at any time:

  • Skip an upcoming shipment,
  • Pause your subscription and resume whenever you're ready,
  • Reschedule your next delivery or change how often you're billed,
  • Update your shipping address or payment method.

Changes must be made before your renewal date in order to apply to your next shipment.


6. 30-Night "Sleep-On-It" Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind harb®. If you are not satisfied with your first order, you may request a full refund of the product price (excluding any taxes) within 30 days of your first order's delivery — and you do not need to return the product.

To request a guarantee refund, email [refund@tryharb.com] with your order number and let us know you'd like to use the guarantee. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 15 business days.

Applies to your first order only. The money-back guarantee covers your first order. Renewal shipments placed after your first order are not eligible for a refund once they have been billed or shipped — even if they occur within the 30-day window. To avoid being charged for renewals, simply cancel before your renewal date (see Section 4). This is why we send a reminder before every charge.


7. Failed or declined payments

If a renewal charge is declined, we may automatically retry the charge over the following days and will email you a request to update your payment method. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription may be paused or canceled, and the corresponding shipment will not be sent until payment is successfully processed.


8. Returns

For health and safety reasons, harb® Sleep Strips are a consumable product and cannot be returned or resold once shipped. You do not need to return any product to receive an eligible refund — your protection is the money-back guarantee in Section 6.


10. Eligibility

To subscribe, you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid U.S. shipping address and a valid payment method. harb® subscriptions are intended for personal use only and are currently available to customers within the United States.


11. Health disclaimer

harb® Sleep Strips are a dietary supplement, not a medication. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. harb® is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any medication, or have a medical condition. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare professional if you experience any adverse reaction.


12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes to our billing or cancellation terms will be communicated to active subscribers by email. Your continued subscription after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
